Water challenge


For this challenge, you are going to drink water! Sounds easy right?

Not only will you be gobbling down 2 to 3 litres of water a day, you will also have the chance to create awareness, give back to your environment and become a healthier, better you!

 

Rules

  • Get involved and get creative.
  • This challenge will be judged on the amount of photos and videos received. So get out those selfie-sticks and start snapping away.
  • Communication, communication, communication with the NHP wellness team via Whatsapp, is key to accumulating points and having fun doing so!

 

Judging Criteria

You will receive points for every challenge you participate in.

 

Monthly Challenge: The Water Trail

  • You need to consume 2 to 3 liters of water a day, which equals to 8 to 12 glasses of water.
  • Each participant will receive points for the amount of photos received during this challenge.
  • Bragging about the amount of water being consumed.
  • Use your water challenge calendar to keep track.
  • This challenge will last for the duration of 21 days.

Remember: You can cheat others, but you can’t cheat yourself...

 

Additional Challenges

Week 1: Water in the workplace (10 points)

  • How can you make sure your colleagues are drinking enough water?
  • How can you change the environment for people to consume less fizzy cool drinks and drink more water?
  • What can you implement to make clean water more accessible in the work place?

 

Week 2: Plant a tree (10 points)

  • Giving back to the community.
  • Plant a tree. Get colleagues to assist you on this journey.
  • How important is it to water your plant?
  • Make sure you look after your tree.
  • Locate it in a place easily accessible.
  • Remember photo’s, photo’s and video’s!

 

Keep your tree alive for an additional 5 bonus points.

 

Week 3: Saving water (15 points)

  • Implement water saving techniques in the workplace and at home.
  • Send us photos and short videos to document your efforts.

 

All additional challenges should include a 2 to 4 minute video and enough photos. We want to really see your effort. We would like to see the creativity, spirit, enthusiasm and originality in the challenges.

 

Tip: Use the water calendar to record your water intake.
