Why register?

Once you’ve successfully registered on the NHP Member portal, you can access the following information:

  • Queries raised with the NHP call centre;
  • Correspondence that was sent from NHP;
  • Scanned images i.e.: application forms, chronic application form, etc.;
  • Authorisations;
  • Personal information, you can also update your physical and postal address;
  • Lost or deleted statements;
  • Current contribution and payment history of contributions;
  • Active / terminated dependants and spouse (including name and age);
  • Print your own membership certificate;
  • Track claims and export to excel for your own recon, you can also view claim statuses and obtain any rejection codes;
  • Yearly limits / benefits per pool;
  • Membership detail you can also check for any exclusions or waiting periods;
  • Contribution analysis / breakdown, with arrears and savings.
